What is a "Started Video"?
A "Started Video" for subscription usage is counted when a video begins playing on Ober Player, meaning at least one frame has been displayed. Scenarios like a non-autoplay player, displayed errors, or unfinished countdowns are not counted as a started video.
How Can I Know if My Limit of Started Videos is Approaching?
You'll receive email notifications when you reach 50%, 80%, and 100% of your total allowed started videos.
How Can I Update or Cancel My Subscription?
Click on "Login" in the navigation bar to access the client portal for managing your subscription.
